"The Computer is Down"
. . . and now that I have a wee bit of time to indulge my blogging mode, I am cut off at the pass by an uncooperative internet at home. TWO WEEKS so far, with no more hope than a faint possible light at the end of the tunnel, which of course could be a train, or maybe just something in my eye. Thank God and the government for the public library. . .

Nice to have you back, Marytoo! We are still waiting for our son's ship out date. We may drive right through Copperas Cove on the way down to San Antonio on Highway 281 (or at least through Lampassas). It has been a long time. Oh, that lady I mentioned that I knew from the C of C there named Melissa B.? Well, she googled herself and found her name on your blog because I had mentioned her. So, she follows my blog now and I have e-mailed her. She now lives in the Houston area. It was nice to make contact with her!
